We want ShapePulse to genuinely help you feel better. If it doesn't, we make returns easy.
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund of the product price. The item should be in usable, returnable condition (normal use is fine). For hygiene, gel pads are non-returnable once opened, but they're not required for your refund.
Email support@shapepulse.com with your order ID and we'll send a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free within the US.
Once your return is received, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your ShapePulse arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 60 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
